Fancy!

A trip south of the border and a very cute B&B

We had a lovely meal but upset the chef and the pastry chef by
a) choosing steak after he had spent days honing the new menu
And
b) declining the airquotes clever take on lemon meringue pie in favour of a Chocolate Parfait.

I like a proper pudding, what can I say.
I expect to see that chef on the TV in short order, deconstructing and whittling food items with Greg and Jon looking on!

There was amusing banter in the bar so no hard feelings but I am a bit worried about the sweet waiter since I grassed him up for the air quotes when he was telling me the dessert options.
