Egret

Cooler today so we were lucky with our walk yesterday. We walked to our local farm shop but not straight there to make it into a longer walk. There were lots of pairs of ducks along the river and several egrets. I wondered if this might be a snowy egret. It’s different than the usual little egrets we have locally and it looked bigger. 
I had been waiting for a parcel this morning from the post office. The delivery window passed so we went out but the parcel was delivered not long before we arrived home so all is forgiven.
