Clearing

Started the day with a weigh-in, 1.5 lbs on this week. For a weeks holiday and a week of stress was ok with that.

Visit to the care home to clear AJ’s room of her personal belongings. Having downsized from a flat, to sheltered then to care home over the past 4 years her belongings had reduced. This is her pot plant that has travelled with her, it has been in the family for a good number of years

This afternoon, paid some attention to the house as it’s been neglected over the past few weeks.
