Friday: Miami

Flying back to Belize from pretty much anywhere involves transiting and an overnight stay, most often in Miami.  So we’ve used the other for a weekend getaway.  I arrived this morning, after an early start in Barbados and spent the day exploring around our hotel in South Beach.  

K flew up from Belize City and we met up mid-afternoon.  Our intention is to eat and drink everything we can’t get in Belize City so we’ve started with a few craft beers and an Indian meal.  I also threw in a phô for lunch before K arrived.
