Manchester in Twilight

We had some smatterings of sunshine today so I took the opportunity to head to Heaton Park again and play with my 30mm since I'd still not really gotten a proper opportunity to utilise it to it's strengths.

Was a nice walk, very busy but I can't blame people given how the weathers been recently. Was really pleased to see the city centre in the distance, with the light bouncing off the glass of the skyscrapers. Looking forward to coming back in the Spring and Summer when there's more life and greenery.

Extras are looking toward Oldham from the top of the Heaton Temple, a shot of Heaton House and one of the memorial to the Battle of the Somme situated further in the park.
