Full Moon Setting

As I crossed the Rhône Valley today to meet skiing friends, the moon was heading for the horizon. As it went down behind the Point de Bellevue I realised that I could see the cross on the summit. Amazing luck!

P.S. Talpa just told me this moon is the snow moon having looked at his moon from last night, thanks.
