Ski Mountaineering Training…

… to Truex, the mountain on the right, above Leysin. We 3 ladies are going to Norway again in April and are trying to do as much training as possible beforehand. After you get to “a certain age” you have to keep at it otherwise you suffer too much. Our guide, Steve, is used to going at our pace. We saw lots of chamois today ( a relaxing group in extras) and many Lynx footprints in the snow (extra). How I would love to see a Lynx!
