Walked to Boscombe via the cliff/top and Boscombe Gardens. Blipped this crow with a ‘focused’ message “PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE GOATS”. Expects be wants all the goat feed for himself. How selfish.

Bought fruit and veg at Lidl and Aldi. While out called specialist for an appointment, after last week’s MRI. Amazingly got same afternoon appointment !

Here I am, after 2 cortisone injections watching To The Manor Born. So far no discomfort - one in the same foot many years ago, never forgotten :(

Apparently the MRI result ‘wasn’t terrible’. Advised to relax tomorrow.
