Wednesday ritual

Every, well almost every Wednesday we go to IKEA after swimming to get dinner. 

It's been an odd day, not sure how to process it. I was scrolling on FB and saw post and was like what no, that's got to be some sort of random joke that I am not understanding but sadly no, a FB friend has passed away very suddenly. Possible heart attack. She was younger than me. 

We never met in person, we met virtually years ago via our sprockers in a group and formed a friendship.
