Lichfield Cathedral

I had some cheques to bank and errands to run. It was a glorious afternoon, so I decided to make the most of the blue sky and beautiful light.

I do so love Lichfield Cathedral.

I had an interesting chat with a man who regularly sees the peregrine falcons. They weren’t around today. He told me exactly where they’re most usually seen and where twitchers sit. It was exactly where I’d heard before. When I was lucky, my photo was of one on the right hand spire, not where everyone usually looks.
