Bix

The day started cloudy, grey and misty as the spaniel and I headed out to walk from Bix to Nettlebed via Maidensgrove.  In the last ten weeks we've walked almost all the footpaths within a five mile radius and its becoming more difficult to work out new routes that look interesting. This is one of the few that we've done several times as it has a nice mixture of woods, fields and lanes. The afternoon was warm and sunny. I finished manuring and rotavating the raised vegetable beds. Next weekend I hope to start on the borders and flower beds.
