The Beach Huts at Hengistbury Head today.
These are pretty large for beach huts and are amongst the most expensive in Britain. You can see most have solar panels, all are plumbed into water. But no toilets, there are communal blocks for that. You are allowed to overnight in these and most have a small mezzanine inside that can just accomodate a double mattress.
The price of these small huts? Yours, if you can find one for sale, for more than £300,000. Nice location though.
