The Feast Day of St. Scholastica.
It is 8c at 1pm here in Rishton. I have just come home from a circular walk. That was 3414 steps. It felt much colder than 8c and my thinsulate
purple hat was brilliant at keeping the cold out.
Paul is continuing to take off old wallpaper in the front room, so we can paint the whole room eventually. I clear up after him and make the teas and coffees. I am also catching up with emails and doing some Social Media.
In the later afternoon we will watch Escape to the Country and The Repair Shop, then play Scrabble and Rummy and Quirkle. Paul will need a rest after all the vigorous wallpaper scrapping.
