The Feast Day of Saint Scholastica sister of Saint Benedict.
It is a glorious blue skied day and Maria and her partner Ben have come to visit us. Maria made and brought us seeded bagels for our buffet lunch. They were excellent. Then we played Rummikub and Kwerkle.
After a short walk and a visit to Nisa for carrot cake, and chocolate fudge cake, we are now watching the England Wales Rugby. Ginger hot chocolate has been made in the Velvetiser.
The cats are hiding behind the sofa because they are cautious when anyone visits who they don't know.
