Norway Constitution Day

We just happened to be in the right place at the right time...Kirkwall at 12 noon! The parade, complete with Kirkwall City Pipe Band, were part of the celebrations today and this litlle girl caught my eye. Lovely singing from local school children too and the rain kept off too!
