Inuksuk

An Orkney student, Kristyn Grieve, has built this traditional Inuit land marker. It frames the Hall of Clestrain where the explorer John Rae was born and looks out over Hoy sound towards Canada.
I have been watching the construction of this structure with interest and now know what it is.
