'Esleben'

Paul Schneider-Esleben* was an architect and designer, perhaps best known for his work on the Cologne Bonn Airport. He is best known to me, though, as the father of Florian Schneider, one of the founders of Kraftwerk.

The music project I'm currently working on is called 'Esleben (Mach Es Besser)', and for the album cover, I commissioned this neon light from a chap on Etsy. If you Google images of Kraftwerk performing in the seventies, particularly around 1978, you'll see how this is a nod to their live set up.

Anyway, it arrived today and I'm delighted with it :-)
