Last night of the light festival

I liked this street stall set up to sell various bright flashing toys - including light sabres - and plenty of children were wandering around holding them. I think this has been a wonderful event and I’ve enjoyed exploring the variety of installations. In the extra  - called Scream the House Down - another interactive one. Here the woman in the woolly hat is shouting into a microphone - and her voice causes the lights in the Corn Exchange to light up. I stood and watched for ages - the brightness seemed to result from the loudness - and the colour was determined by how high or low the note was. The person running it asked me if I’d like to have a go. But I was too shy
