Ready for Valentines Day!

This is a photo of a shop in Twickenham which sells old fashioned sweets from jars etc. I like the ‘love heart’ display. I remember my first trips as a child to a sweet shop was when I stayed with my aunt in Bristol. It was such a treat, flying saucers were my favourites. We lived in a small village which didn’t have any shops just a post office!

A busy day…coffee with my Pilates group..I joined them after their class as I can not do Pilates now for a couple of months.
Then a hospital visit to check all OK and an hour ‘workout’ with a very nice experienced physio who say I seem to have less pain and more mobility than most which is good. More exercises to do and another visit to see her next week.
