More Snowdrops.....

I had an opportunity to visit Trentham on my own today once I'd been to visit dad and take him his week's food shop. 

The extra is a tiny clump of snowdrops that will soon be out of bounds in preparation for the imminent arrival of 4 beavers! To ensure they don't escape an enormous amount of fencing is being erected along the whole length of the River Trent along side the gardens and lake. I really am not in favour of the whole project and reserve judgement on the success when they arrive and settle in. I feel the place is wholly inappropriate and just a scheme to try and drum up more visitors. Most of whom will never see the beavers as they're predominantly nocturnal! I could go on and on.....
