Analysis

After yesterdays Triathlon I recovered last night with a 5 hr drive (not recommended) to get to an MOD meeting today in surrey. This was then followed by another 3 hour drive to meet a difficult patient and convince him that what we are doing is perfect. I then drove home to catch up on work I can't do whilst in the car.
