Lemon Tart Foible

Bonus! Away for a conference and the pudding today was Lemon Tart.
This is my pudding of choice this year (a roll on from last year). This is one of my (apparently many) foibles.
We all like puddings and when eating out we all go through the 'should I, shouldn't I' routine. This wastes time, so my rule for many years is; pick a pud for the year.....if it is there, have it....if not, don't. Decision made. Done!
