Thai Yellow Curry

A beautiful red sunrise, that warning was true.  Gales all day, and raining at times, heavy too.  Much the same tonight.

Last early shift of the week in the airport.  I've mostly been working on the check-in desk all day.  A fairly quiet day of passengers, most in and out on time.  Out for a meal this evening, followed by a few pints.  A lazy night on the sofa now.

A lovely meal out tonight, and plenty of it.  We both had haggis bon bons for starters, with a sweet chilli sauce.  I had a delicious Thai yellow curry for my main, never had it before, defo have that again.  To finish it was a good old sticky toffee pudding.  Ate far too much, and the pints really didn't settle well.  Being the day after St Valentine's, they gave us a free vodka jelly shot, and also a left over rose.  Taken in the KB (Kiln Bar), Main Street, Scalloway.
