IT'S FLOWER FRIDAY

Yes, it is Flower Friday but there's no flowers around here...not for 3 months yet......so basketball it is.

It's Senior Night at the local high school and here are the team's senior players and their manager (white top)...each was recognized for her efforts and play over the previous 4 years of high school.  At their post season banquet, each will receive a framed 16x24 print of a game in which they played an important part.

The player on the left side of the line (looking down) is the team's high scorer and 4 weeks ago scored her 1,000th point of her career. On this night she added another 15 points to that total.

EXTRA: During halftime of the game, the 4th grade girls put on a demonstration basketball game...a preview of the stars of the future.
