The Ferry

Briton Ferry……a place I haven’t been to very often but a place I ve always been interested in as it was where my great grandmother came from . I was really pleased to find this autobiography of Mavis Nicholson in a charity shop .
The old postcards are ones I’ve inherited from my great aunt who lived in The Ferry and then moved in with my Gran in Poole …..she was famous for her amazing Welsh cakes !!
