Faint Through Snow
Snow storm. Full on, all day, 6". I could put it off no longer, but it was quite brutal with wind blowing the snow, stinging my eyes. I found a somewhat sheltered spot to take this shot of a willow from a distance using a telephoto. The reduced visibility is from all that falling snow in between me and the tree, compressed by the lens.
Not surprisingly, the histogram occupies only the right half of the graph. I could have spread it out for more contrast, but that would have killed the mood of the image.
