Field of sunshine!!

I love these fields of sunshine, but having asthma i really should steer clear, even the dogs were sneezing, but i just can't help myself i love the colours against the sky.

I have actually had a day off from exercise, my first since the moonwalk, do i feel rested no i feel more tired arrrghhhhhhh but hopefully a day off and i am going to be bouncing with energy for tomorrow!!

Which is my big grading day 12 til 4 i am going to be put through my paces eekkkkk 2 on 1 sparring followed by line work and freeforms. Scared, nervous and lastly i am soooooooo excited. The 1st kyu belt will be mine next stop black belt!!!!
