Samsung Galaxy A6.
In a surprise move, this Luddite has bought his first smartphone, albeit a secondhand one for a mere £10. My cheapskate gene couldn't resist that, or a tatty higher spec A40 for £20, that's been put aside. Work was selling off some that were considered less secure due to them no longer receiving security updates. Some good luck in that the above one looks as if wasn't used by whoever it was issued to previously.
It's been reset to new status, and there's been a learning curve for setting it all up and getting to grips with it. Won't be using much, as I've little need for it. No plans to use it as a Blipping tool. Main reason for acquiring one, was hearing tales of the 3G network being shutdown, so the very basic mobile wouldn't be usable as an emergency phone on the rare motorbike trips. The days of phone boxes everywhere are now long gone.
