Quirky

After the winds of Storm Otto, which had died down considerably by yesterday evening, the rain started. It carried on for most of today, the first significant rainfall we've had in a while, and the plants in the 'yard look better for it. So it was an indoor day, in theory cleaning and tidying the flat ready for possible viewings, in practice not a huge amount was achieved!

Mind in a whirl about our move; at this late stage in the proceedings I need to go down to Yorkshire and have a second look at the bungalow to reassure myself that it's the right move...

Something of an Emergency Blip today. Our upstairs hallway, which I like very much - it's quirky, colourful and useful, and so very different to the way it looked when we first moved in, almost 8 years ago.
