What a lovely surprise

Day 4 and feeling a bit better.
Spent all day in self care mode which was lovely.

Got a beautiful parcel from Sandra with the tea she posted to me last minute before her holiday - accompanied by this card and a lovely bar of chocolate.

It is so nice to have such wonderful connections in the business world.

All on the back of a post on LinkedIn.

I am definitely on the mend.

But unfortunately still testing positive ....

This means no birthday gathering in Helensburgh with Susan ......

I will test again tomorrow morning and see ...
