Notes: Woke a little earlier, still feeling a bit out of it but wanted to try to get moving a little. Decided to go for a jog and see how it felt, chilly but went the whole 30 min. And then headed to the pool and just meandered about a bit. Tried to do a hot shower there but never got hot ... Sort of watched CBS Sun show - was all BS and lies so could hardly stand any of it and kept flipping. Made almond flour pancakes, finished some laundry - have had many wet loads hanging all over the place. Quiet rest of the day, Joe called and talked to him ~45 min. He isn't doing great either. Stayed somewhat cool in the place today - a huge bonus. Forgot to get any pic until evening - this shot is east out the big bedroom (where I don't sleep).
