Cheer

There is not a lot that can be said about today, except that H and I continued to chatter away AND we fixed a curtain track.

She left with sister C for coffee and then on to walk Melrose to Lindisfarne.
I stayed home and went back to struggling with curtains. How many times will I have to stitch, rip, restitch? Meanwhile outside it rained, and rained and poured and bucketed and rained, and did I mention it rained?

#2 son is away next weekend. I'm scared to ask where. No update today from #3 son. Hope all is getting better.

The brightest bit of the day, looking out at the beautiful pieris japonica forest flame.

It's 8 o'clock at night at the end of May and both the heating and lights are on.

And I won't be watching Eurovision.
