Chocolate chia cake

This didn't look inviting when it came out of the oven but smelt divine; the taste is up there too! I've never made this before and as  it was described as......"gluten free, eggless and flourless, making it the perfect guilt-free dessert or snack" I wasn't holding out much hope for enjoying it. I have to say I'd be happy to eat this any day. It's very much like, dare I say it, a gooey brownie. I didn't add the topping and it really didn't need it. Here's the link for anybody interested.

I had this Saturday off from volunteering but still spent the morning at the hall, socialising and helping with just a bit of clearing up at the end.
