Reward

After lunch I walked into the town centre to visit the library and enjoy a quiet moment at Cafe Wemyss - Blipped. 

I got slightly wet on the walk into town, and slightly more wet on the return trip. As well as that I got sweaty on the walk home, because I had not realised the temperature had gone from 3º on Saturday to 12º today. I was over-dressed. 

The things I do to stay active...

My morning was devoted to housework - more purposeful activity.

Junior arrived at the house in the late afternoon while running errands for his mum, and brought a food parcel with him. It was definitely an improvement on what I had planned to make for myself.
