Unwinding

Thankfully, the weather behaved itself today and we managed to get out and about. We began on a mission for our friends whose place we’re staying in here, which involved sending them a registered package. We managed that successfully once the post office staff made allowances for our poor language skills.

The rest of the day was rather messed up by me suffering from a dodgy tummy, but we sprang back into action later and managed to get out and about again, finishing in an okay restaurant where I limited myself to lighter food options than I’d normally go for, including a bowl of broth with an egg floating in it. We finished the night with a movie on Netflix. Nothing memorable.
