Waiter: "What would you like, Sir?"

Schoolboy: "Hmm, the Louisiana Piggy looks pretty good. What's inside it?"

Waiter: "Smoked Ham, Lou's Pulled Pork, Pepper Jack, Tex-Mex Crunch."

Schoolboy: "Did Lou wash his hands first . . .?"

Boy runs away, giggling . . . waiter smiles, tolerantly . . . he's heard it all before . . .
