Cullen skink
I'm getting quite good at making this soup based on smoked haddock. The lady at the fish van sold my quite a large fillet so I thought, okay I'll make bigger pot. So it was supper last night and lunch today, and there is still a good portion left. Today has been fairly productive. I wrote a little piece for a flash fiction competition and then a response to a request concerning treatments for depression. I was consulted as 'an expert,' which was nice.
