All things bright…

I’ve finally unwrapped my new paints. Just small half-pans, but each one was wrapped first of all in clear cellophane and then a paper cover with the colour stated on it. It took ages to unwrap them all! I bought the paints in a half price sale and there are a lot more colours here than I’ve had access to previously. I only hope I can make use of them in a visually pleasing way!

I made a start by creating a small sample of each and I’ll sellotape the colour card beside them. I like to know the name of the colour I’m using. I’ll try a few simple paintings, maybe flowers or birds, at the weekend. :-)
