Horningsea wander

I took Jimmy for an exploration of this pretty little village where we were camping for the weekend. Pictured is the village sign, The village has a very interesting history dating back to Viking times and beyond. Horningsea pottery (not to be confused with Hornsea Pottery) was prized by the Romans. Later in the day, after a run around in Thetford forest we went for a delicious Sunday Roast Dinner in one of the two local hostelries, The Crown and Punchbowl.
