Day 7: Dinner

Day 5 of vacation!

We had a jam packed day!

The weather was perfect so we headed to Dogwood Canyon.  We started the day with taking the 2+ hour tram ride which took us through the entire park ~ about 8 miles round trip.  Part of the tram ride included going through their wild animal park, which is actually in Arkansas.  This bison was part of the tour and is waiting for his dinner that our guide provided.

After the tram ride we took a quick break for lunch and then walked back on some of the trails to revisit the Hope Wilderness Chapel and a few other highlights.

Once we left Dogwood Canyon we drove the short distance back to Arkansas.  We want to see how many states we can visit on this one vacation.  So far the tally is two ~ if you don't count driving through New Jersey to get to the airport!
