Day 8: Odd

Vacation: Day 6

We had another fun filled day today!

As we drove through Branson the other day we had noticed so many odd things. So we knew that we had this day's challenge locked up! This is the outside of the Hollywood Wax Museum. Very odd to see King Kong hanging from the New York City skyline in Missouri!

After getting our odd photos we visited the College of the Ozarks. There is an old mill and a wonderful museum on the campus. After spending several hours there we traveled north to Saddlebrooke, Missouri to visit The National Tiger Sanctuary.

We opted for the "feeding" tour. Although we didn't actually get to feed the tigers, just watched the guide (and someone else that paid for the "privilege") hand feed them. Such beautiful, majestic animals. Even if one decided to "spray" R and me. Fun fact: did you know that tiger spray smells like buttered popcorn? Well, now I do!!
