Comfy Cat….

It’s been that sort of a day. Mostly cloudy here in Bleheim. But with a brisk, chilly south-east breeze.
Bryan the Birman tucked himself up in a purple throw on the sofa.
I have a head cold with a croaky voice so have laid low. Sat in comfort on the spare bed with Marigold asleep on my lap. I could almost rest my book on her.
I’m so sorry to see that parts of the North Island are once again experiencing very heavy rain. Not a cyclone this time just thunderstorms with localized torrential downpours. It is so unfair that this rain may undo the hard work folks have been putting in to clearing silt and helping residents in the Cyclone Gabrielle affected areas.
