Rescued Hellebore

Whilst doing a bit of weed removal at the top of the garden yesterday I accidentally broke this hellebore stem. There is a lovely patch of them up there not really visible from the house as a Fuchsia has grown rather large in front of them. 

It was good to see how well they are doing and, although I would have preferred not to break the plant, it did mean I could put it in a vase inside and have the opportunity to photograph the lovely flowers that always hang towards the ground making  photography rather tricky.

So this is what we have for Flower Friday. Can’t believe how quickly the week has gone with the girls here just a week ago.

Quite sunny again today, got some jobs done and then walked up to the Tittle Tattle tea shop where we had an interesting discussion on Social Media.
