Up pretty early

And enjoyed this golden view out the back, about 30 minutes after sunrise. What a busy day - a lovely carpenter came to cut out all the rotten joists and floorboards in my living room and replace them with good sound treated wood. Feels wonderful to have this done.
Then, big clean and tidy, supermarket shop, and cook a huge lasagne. My son is staying for 3 nights, seeing Bristol friends, going to a gig in Bath, and going to football with me. Great to see him - a very lovely person - and I’m so proud of him:)
