The stress increased by 10 fold today. The Excel Add-in functionality of the software is down across the system. That means that although I was promised “fully customizable reports”, that those reports cannot be generated until the tech folks can resolve issues with the main server.

It was a challenging day. Challenging couple of weeks. I recognize that with change comes new challenges, hurdles, learning and growth. I know that this too shall pass. I know that my account reps are working hard to correct the issues and offer a workable solution.

For now though, I remain stressed about the lack of reports generated, and IF I will be tasked with creating them by hand.

Technology is amazing when it works as intended….
