Prints
We went to Carleton for the YPU AGM today. Afterwards, we had lunch and then helped with the unboxing of the prints that have been entered for this year's YPU exhibition. There must have been around 20 of us emptying each club's boxes and moving the prints to different piles according to the category entered. Then a bit of double-checking and stacking them so they were all facing the right way. Finally, we put them back into boxes and moved them up two flights of stairs to a storage room. Next week, some other people will move them back downstairs and they will be put in front of the judges one print at a time - there are 1254 in total, with a further 2543 entered as PDI. It's going to be a long old slog next weekend for the judges and organisers!! Best of luck everyone!

We had a quick walk when we got back and spotted what appeared to be 20 red kites all flying around together - we usually think we're lucky if we find five!
Extra: "Spare Tyre", also taken at Carleton today.
