Walking Day

There was a good choice of walks very close to where we were staying.  We set off on the far side of the river thinking we might do a circular walk once we reached the next bridge, however we just kept going all the way to Melrose and caught the bus back it really was most scenic.  The photos show the Leaderfoot Viaduct, The Black hill and some of the many snowdrops.
We watched the rugby and had a quiet evening in the cottage.
