It's been a while

It's been a while since I have got my Canon out of its case.  Today I was tempted to rush and find it when the sparrowhawk paid a visit to the wisteria outside the kitchen window.. it was of course on the prowl for its lunch but looked beautiful in the sunshine all the same. With no feast appearing it flew off before I got back with the camera and it wasn't long before this cheeky robin turned up.. He looks just as beautiful in the sunshine.. in my opinion. 
A quiet start to the week but another carpet fitter came round to quote for the bedroom and kitchen.. I am hoping they are cheaper than the last ones.. fingers crossed as it is eye watering what the last quote was for....
