DAY 1 - THE HOLY LAND

Left a frosty UK at 8…collected 2 other friends on the way. Had a really smooth journey to Heathrow (which can be a nightmare when the M25 is involved).
Parked in long stay car park and within 10 mins we were at the terms ordering breakfast!!!!
#We met up with our other 3 friends (7 in total from our church) and then the 70 others!!!! We then had a looonng security queue where we were to be questioned for several minutes and our hand luggage completely searched!!! We must look so honest…in our party of 7 we were only asked 3 questions and then sent through with no luggage scrutiny!!!
#We found a bar and had a bite to eat…we had no delays and were soon airborne.
We had an ok airplane meal, a glass of wine, a film and a snooze.
Landing was perfect, although it was the usual airport trek…all went smoothly and we were soon on the coach to our hotel.

Night all…it’s now tomorrow!!!!
