Right place, wrong time.

Although I was happy enough to capture this male Bullfinch ( a very infrequent visitor ) balancing on the bird feeder baffle in the strong wind, a few minutes earlier he was with his mate on the feeder. Typically no camera device was close to hand and soon after the female left the feeder and I didn't see her again. The law of Sod ! Not the sharpest of images taken through a double glazed window at breakfast time.
